Our Chef

If you’re here, you’re probably a foodie, in which case you may well have encountered Chef Jack Alden’s culinary prowess before! Training at Michael Caines Abode, Exeter, he then honed his skills at The Salutation Inn, Magdalen Chapter and The Terrace. With creations that are decidedly different, he’s a self-confessed rule-breaker who utilises locally-sourced produce for his creations.
